Improving housing projects: With 150 000 new social homes a year the 2024 Green Party manifesto proposes affordable housing while also giving more power to local authorities through rent control checks and the support for long-term rent contracts;

Creating a better health system: Implementation of countrywide Cancer Plan and a push for an additional three billion pounds for local authorities are two Green ideas in the NHS sector;

Enhancing care given to elders and vulnerable citizens: All individuals within the UK should be able to gain the help they need in the face of any issues they might be battling with;

Making the economy greener still: Taking into account the net zero engagement the UK has taken, a greener economy is the way to reach this goal sustainably;

Creating work opportunities: A more equal set of opportunities are needed in order for any citizen to be fully integrated within their community and the introduction of a minimum wage of fifteen pounds per hour for all working individuals;

Greener and more reliable transport solutions: The transport system is key to the Greens since it provides an alternative to individual transport people tend to often use which is why a 10 billion pound investment for subsidies is proposed by the Greens and an additional 19 billion for the improvement of transport networks across the UK;

Animal protection: Changing many types of habitats to adapt to human needs also requires taking care of any damage or dangers brought to the local species’ habitats.
