Sir Richard brings the perspective of someone who has led Britain’s foreign intelligence service. His experience informs conversations about intelligence, international security, and the difficult judgments facing those in power.
John Raine
Foreign Policy and Security Specialist
John spent 33 years in the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office, with overseas postings including Kuwait, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Baghdad, and Islamabad. He is Senior Adviser for Geopolitical Due Diligence at the International Institute for Strategic Studies.
